Just want to let anyone who would be interested in placing a large order for delivery from the Lowes Danforth location DO NOT! Terrible service and no help at all. We purchased a $1300 landscaping order from this location and it was supposed to arrive on a weekday. They didnt call the day before to confirm a time and we called the morning of they didnt even have our order ready. On a second note they fully charged our visa without even delivering our supplies. When we called to get some assistance with our order we were passed around the phone 4x before finally just asking for the Manager. The Manager didnt even offer anything in return for this mistake and asked us to come in to receive a refund.
Just a heads up if you want an order for delivery dont order from this location!
