Fabulous! I was very pleased with the service I received. I had my gutters cleaned on my 1950s bungalow today. The service was performed by Rob. He was super friendly and efficient. They didn't rest their ladder against my eaves and he also sealed a leaky joint for me that I pointed out. All the debris was picked out and he flushed the down spouts with water to ensure they were clear.

Cody was who dealt with the booking and was prompt in responding to me. We had a bit of a mix up in the morning with Rob showing up a bit late. He was coming from quite a distance and experienced traffic which was understandable. I would have preferred if they had called to notify me but they didn't realize I was waiting for them outside the house (the house they did the work on is a rental home of mine so I just wanted to meet them there).

Regardless Cody responded and was very apologetic. I appreciated all the follow up and prompt response from them.

I recently called on Cody to clean my eaves in my "new" home in Leaside, which has huge maple trees in both the front and back. We had had a snowstorm the week before, and even though almost all of the snow was gone by the time Cody arrived, many of the remaining leaves in the troughs were compacted and frozen in place. He and his helper worked for hours to remove them (much longer than a typical cleaning), yet I was charged the same as if it was a smaller, shorter job. I'm sure their fingers were frozen to the bone! This is the second time I've called on Einzig, and I will never call on anyone else. They are polite, cheerful, professional, and simply a pleasure to deal with.

I had previously used a small company in the past for my windows but they are no longer in business due to health issues. So, I called around to many window companies to get quotes and the range was quite wide. Einzig was very competitively priced.

Cody provided a competitive quote for the business and he was very patient with my queries.

They came out to do the work at exactly the time that they promised (which is a big bonus for those who know about waiting for service calls)!

They were extremely courteous and actually cleaned more than was originally agreed to (without charging extra!!!) as they noticed that some parts of the eavestrough was dirty.

The windows and soffit look incredible!

I was very impressed with this entire experience and told them that I will be using them again next year. Hint: Do make use of contacting them by email as they are quite responsive that way.

In summary, I highly recommend Einzig.

Cody and Joyce did a great job of cleaning my condo windows. They also cleaned the windows and all of the metal flashing on the balcony. I had done the work myself last year but they did a much better job. They also kept the area very clean which is important, especially on the inside of the condo.

Cody and his team were fantastic! Excellent communication and great quality work. We are in the process of selling our house and could not be more pleased. We would highly recommend Einzig Window Cleaning.

Cody and the Einzig team were very easy to connect with through Homestars and super responsive over Email to set things up. They were timely, professional and did great work clearing and patching up our eaves troughs.

I had an extremely positive experience with Einzig and would recommend them wholeheartedly. I needed an eaves cleaning, and it was effortless to book them to come to my house. When here, they discovered damage to my roof at which point, they didn't proceed with the work but took detailed photographs and notes, which they sent me. When I later authorized the work, they were thorough and efficient. Highly recommend!!
