Fabulous! I was very pleased with the service I received. I had my gutters cleaned on my 1950s bungalow today. The service was performed by Rob. He was super friendly and efficient. They didn't rest their ladder against my eaves and he also sealed a leaky joint for me that I pointed out. All the debris was picked out and he flushed the down spouts with water to ensure they were clear.
Cody was who dealt with the booking and was prompt in responding to me. We had a bit of a mix up in the morning with Rob showing up a bit late. He was coming from quite a distance and experienced traffic which was understandable. I would have preferred if they had called to notify me but they didn't realize I was waiting for them outside the house (the house they did the work on is a rental home of mine so I just wanted to meet them there).
Regardless Cody responded and was very apologetic. I appreciated all the follow up and prompt response from them.
