emailed Precision through Homestars and was contacted back within 5 minutes. Explained my leaky eaves and was told that it may or may not be a debris issue. Rob came out a day later, got on my roof and although the issue was not a related to what Precision are known for, he explained that there was a minor issue with eaves that he could correct by repositioning and resealing- not his job nor his problem....but he did it to help me. I am very grateful to this great guy and great company as they could have charged me for cleaning, estimate etc, instead they fixed my problem for next to nothing. When I need my eaves cleaned.....they will 100% get my business as I KNOW they are honest and dependable people.
