The cleaning team arrived to our house on time, when i got home, I saw all the sparkling faucets, and clean windows and blinds, I am really happy with their job. I am happy to choose Sunrise.

I have had the pleasure of enjoying the Sunrise Cleaning experience for several years. The ladies are courteous, hard working and take great pride in the finished result which is a sparkling, clean home. Thank you for your dedication.

I normally clean on my own as I'm extremely picky. Found Sunrise through a google search. Very responsive, great communication, and timing excellent. Team of 2 came for spring cleaning. I think they did a great job given the amount of time. I would have gladly paid for a little more time to finish off the job completely. I'm thinking they were a little rushed near the end. Overall, I was satisfied with the job. Like I said, I'm very picky so there were a few things I would have liked to have seen done better. Perhaps more time would have done the job. I was impressed that a lightbulb had been changed without my asking. I would hire Sunrise again.

Had a home renovation and with all construction dust and grime accumulates everywhere. The Sunrise crew came in and cleaned our home from top to bottom and the house is spotless.
The crew were happy friendly, efficient and thorough. Great job!

Post clean, my house looked amazing!!

I had tenants from hell who left the garage in a mess, along with most of the bathrooms and carpeted areas. I asked the cleaning crew to focus only on these areas, given the time constraint of 8 hours, and the size of my home.

They then proceeded to go above and beyond what was asked of them. They made time to thoroughly clean the hardwood covered areas as well, which I was pleasantly surprised to see. So I came into a home that was cleaned in its entirety (including the garage).

A supervisor showed up during the tail end of the job to make sure he was satisfied with the quality of the work done. I was thrilled to see that kind of professional commitment.

I would strongly recommend Sunrise to anyone who needs a good and reliable cleaning service.

We have brought on this cleaning service for twice a month cleaning and we were very impressed with our cleaner Isabella. She did an amazing job, very thorough and very friendly. Would recommend to friends and family for sure.

Complete waste of money. Did not clean multiple ares of home, paid for 6.5 hours (3 cleaners) and were "done" in first 1.5 hours. They literally did not clean toilet, urine was on toilet bowl. We would have been happy with a surface clean, we didn't even get that. No cleaning product for toilet, used water and some solution in spray bottle once we informed toilets were not clean. It was almost as if nobody actually cleaned the house as we spent more time after cleaning ourselves. Extremely poor experience and would not EVER recommend. Also did not appreciate cleaners speaking non-English language in front of me quite loudly after I asked them to correct deficiencies. Extremely rude and poor customer service experience.

I ordered a Move-In cleaning service for my house in Mississauga. And Monica from sunrise cleaning was very sweet to book my request over the phone, for a Saturday. I was very pleased with her service, I asked a lot of questions and her answers were very assuring. I gave her a detailed description about the home, including square footage (approx. 1200sqft.) and basement and no. of bathrooms, etc, etc. Monica told me that considering my home size and that I have only 1.5 bathrooms, the cleaning shouldn't take more than 6-7 hours, so she booked me an 8 hour appointment i.e. 4 hours with 2 cleaning personnel, and she assured me that would be more than sufficient.

The low rating is for the Cleaning staff that arrived on my premises. Our appointment was for 7:30am, and the staff arrived on time, my wife had gone out for a bit and arrived back home at 7:40am, so the staff waited 10 minutes to begin. They went around the house and were very happy to note that the house had only one full bathroom to clean.

But when they started to clean house, they were extremely inefficient and just took their own sweet time to clean, which would've been fine had they done a decent enough job. The quality of service was very poor. There were 2 ladies cleaning the house but only one vacuum, so the other one had to 'look' for something else to do. A few hours into the job, the ladies said, they would need more hours to finish cleaning hour home, "another hour or two". I was already paying them $315 for 8 hours of cleaning, and now they wanted more money to do the very job they weren't able to finish in the supposedly 'more than sufficient' allotted time. And to be clear, my house is a fairly new house, not a rickety house that would require extra deep scrubbing, or deal with old skeletons to throw out. The previous owners left the house in a very good condition. My wife argued that, that is not what our deal was, we were clearly told the job would finish in less than 8 hours. The ladies started talking in their own language (not English) and left us wondering and confused. They continued to work, and as soon as the 8 hours finished, there was a Van honking outside my house to pick up the cleaning staff. They kept asking to extend the hours for the job. It was almost as if it was all planned. We were now panicking that our hard earned money had been completely wasted. Since we were very unhappy with the service already, and didn't want to throw any more money on this quality of service, my wife just asked them to spend 30 minutes more each and finish whatever they were doing.

When I arrived home, there were cobwebs in the basement, the glass shelves in the kitchen had water marks on them, none of the appliances were pulled out and cleaned, the stainless steel chimney also had marks on it, I can go on & on. Till today, my wife & I are cleaning the place. We really don't know what we paid them for.

I see some people have given this company good reviews on their cleaning service. That is what got me to hire Sunrise Cleaning for my house in the first place. But from my experience, I now know for a fact that this company doesn't know anything about a deep clean, and this review is coming from a guy.

My wife & I feel extremely unsatisfied and would never recommend Sunrise Cleaning to anybody. I would give them zero stars on this review if it were possible, the one star I gave this review is earned by Monica (lady on the phone) because I'd like to believe she was providing a genuine service at her end, but the cleaning staff were all about showing up and somehow fleecing you out of more $$$. Despicable service, WORST spent money EVER.

I have been using these cleaners for about 5 years now. They are very flexible to my needs, respond very quickly to any special requests and the ladies that come are very pleasant. Overall very happy with them and would recommend them.

I have been using Sunrise for several years now for regular cleaning as well as for staging a house to sell and then to move. They have rarely disappointed. They are a little more expensive than smaller companies, but the price is well worth it. I have had roughly 20 different cleaners with the company, and I would say that 19 of them all performed at an exceptional level (and the 20th only slightly below exception). The consistency of the cleaners' performance shows that they are very well trained and dedicated to the company. All my communication with the admin staff over email and phone has been fast, reliable, professional, and very pleasant. I am also pleased to be able to pay online or in person, either by cash or credit card.
