Jared & Gordon were friendly, thorough, and clearly knowledgeable. They did the inspection prior to our arrival and the summarized key points with us in the house to ensure that we understood their comments. Throughout the walk-through they allowed us to ask any questions we had and were happy to provide personal recommendations to resolve some of the minor issues they found. Following the inspection they sent us a detailed 45 page report with all the information from the inspection including pictures of each issue to ensure complete and total understanding from us.
