After multiple quotes I decided to go with Toy Box. Joe, one of the owners, came to give me the quote and spent the time it took to answer all of my questions. He was extremely knowledgeable and made me feel at ease every step of the process.
Joe and Jeff did much of the work themselves which was by far the biggest benefit in my eyes. This is also the reason that during the day they may be hard to contact because they are focusing on the task at hand. I can not fault them for that, these guys are here to work and give you a quality product.
Anything that was subcontracted out was done with people they have worked with for years (ie my smooth as glass concrete work). Toy Box was out after each step to make sure it was up to their standard.
Joe's attention to detail and perfection were above and beyond what I expected. On the final walk through he noticed things I wouldn't have and made sure everything was corrected and up to his high standards before he would turn the keys over.
I appreciate Joe and Jeff's honesty, attention to detail, and hands on approach. I would not hesitate to recommend these guys to anyone I know. My only caution is that they are still a small, hands on crew so book with them early!
