Reconstruction of a deck (pressure treated and cedar)
Mischak was incredibly professional, on time, on budget, tidy and fast. I originally hired him to replace the top surface only of an existing deck. However, when he started work, he discovered how poorly the original had been made (including creating a fire hazzard as the dryer exhaust had been cut off!). He said he couldn't in conscience just re-surface the deck but he would fix the whole thing for me. And he did! Very reasonable prices. Reliable advice. Excellent design sense. Wonderful finishes. Everything was completed within three days, including cleanup. The attention to detail was amazing.
I would highly recommend this trustworthy contractor who does really quality work at reasonable prices.
