We reached out to YS GC for a much needed update to our new (to us) house. Ted and his crew were quick to meet up and review the plan. Ted was fully involved with the planning and shared our excitement and vision to start this large renovation. While his team is still working through the remaining items on the renovation, I felt it was important to share how well this has been going, as well as how quick everything has been thus far. Our full reno includes a full window replacement, 2 bathroom renovations, new flooring, removal of walls, new kitchen, new furnace.
I'll be sharing more feedback in early 2021 when the reno is done. But if it is anything like what he has done for our first bathroom and supporting wall removal, it will be stellar.

Ted and his crew completed a beautiful deck and fencing for me last year and I am so happy with everything. My dogs love it too!

YS did a deck replacement for me recently involving replacing rotten deck boards and some of the support structure. I am 100% pleased with the result. The work was carried out in a very professional manner. The crew was pleasant and very willing to explain what they were doing. The new deck looks fantastic. There were some unforeseen problems (rotted structural beams and some rodent damage), but these were solved with minimal delay. My yard was spotless when they left.

Professional and very timely! YS General Contracting completed our vinyl flooring and tile along the hearth of the wood stove in our basement. We are now thoroughly enjoying our basement family room! Ted and his crew did an amazing job on our project! My wife and I are both pretty picky, so there was a fair bit of back and forth with him. He handled it very well and added some great input that helped make all our decisions easier. His crew was very polite, friendly and professional, especially with curious neighbours, which I appreciate. Even after completion, we have contacted him a few times with questions and small modifications that were handled quickly. We will definitely contact him for any future work, and will recommend him (them) to anyone!
