Peter is unreliable, angry and won't soon be forgotten. He complained about the job was a waste of his time, he was too lazy to go to his truck for bulbs, claimed the bulbs purchased didn't work and he sat on the phone explaining to a contractor at a different job site how to do the electrical work he was supposed to do and bury the cables because he forgot that he was supposed to be at that site vs the site he was at. Affable and I am sure charming somewhere - hire a different electrician.
