Roof redone

Alfs has terrible service,Jennifer( bosses daughter) will call you names and yell at you over the phone, first as they did my garage they didn't tell us and just put the bin in front of garage door blocking in my wife's car , then tore the roof off with car inside, I called to mention this and jenifer insisted it was my fault and suggested I was lieing,then a couple days later I backed my truck on my lawn, popping both back tires, I talked to alf he said send in the bill, I did so and three weeks later had still heard nothing, so I called in and told my story to Jennifer, she replied with" don't call first thing in the morning with rude calls" then hung up, so I tried to call back and instead of answering the phone put me on hold over and over until all the lines were full and the phone was just busy, I finally got through to a gentleman and I voiced my concern about the horrible customer service and he replied well she's the bosses daughter, overall in very disappointed with this company, you've been warned, I will never recommend this company to anyone.

Unfortunatley it is not possible to please everyone as some people are just looking for a fight. Several weeks after the roof was done he complained about dust/dirt on the car that fell through cracks of the unfinished garage roof. He did not mention Alfred gave him $100 for a car wash which was very generous. Weeks later he then said he had not 1 but 2 flat tires; we said we would pay for this repair but we would need to see a repair invoice. He was very upset we would not give him more money without him providing an invoice. We do not put up with bullys here that use yelling and threats as a way to communicate. We requested that he call back when he was willing to communicate rationally. We will gladly reimburse him for his tires once he provides us with an invoice.
