Furnasman Heating and Air Conditioning

May 23,2024. The Plummer came to my house to fix the bathroom sink and to tighten the faucet in the kitchen. After fixing it, he didnt give me a bill to see how much it costs. When he left, I thought he was going to the truck to produce me a bill, but he left and never came back. Before that, he told me that it cost $135.00 for the job plus $50.00 for the part. The total amount is $185.00 plus tax. I called the Furnasman to see what was going on, they told me that my appointment was cancelled, and no one was coming to my house.
May 27,2024, I called the Furnasman again and the receptionists said that they will investigate it and call me back. They left a message on my phone and explained to me how much it cost. Everything is going to cost me $199.00 that includes the job and tax.
June 12.2024, I received an invoice from Furnasman by email, it read $278.88 which was different from the one quoted to me earlier. I called to speak to the General Manager on June 17,2024 and left a message on his voice mail, on June 18.2024 I spoke to his secretary, and she told me that she will relay this information, and June 19,2024 I called again, and the secretary told me that he is very busy and had no time to speak to me. I was a loyal customer to Furnasman for the past 10 plus years. This is the second time that this has happened to me. Back in 2020 Furnasman came to do the duct cleaning after that I gave them the credit cards number, but they didnt charge me until 6 months later. They sent me a invoice said they are charging me for duct cleaning. I still didnt get a call from General Manager.
