My neighbour contacted myself regarding the replacement of the fence that divides our yards to which I agreed to being May 2020. I never heard anything from this neighbour till October 2020 when Collee Home Improvements was installing an inground pool for this neighbour. I was only shown a price - no details of materials required and their costs, labour costs, 9 post holes dug and 6"x6" posts. Collee had some 6-7 employees working on this fence which should had required no more than 3 employees and took several days to complete. Total cost of material for me to purchase would had been would be what I paid for my 50% share of the costs which totalled $2,041.82. My neighbour never paid what I paid and there sure was a lack of transperacy and honesty by Collee and my neighbour. I would never recommend Collee, yet there are some nice employees working for this Business.
In 2005 I installed a similar fence which I hired a business to dug and insert my posts and I personally did the rest of the fence, which was eight feet high.
I am almost 71 years of age and am very unhappy.
