Exterior foundation waterproofing
Shortly after buying our home we discovered water int eh basement. Georgio Vescio responded when contacted about the leak. He was able to do the work quickly, always a warning sign. Job was completed, and he was paid in full.
The next week we had more water in the basement from the same location. He came back and basically said there was nothing he could do because since we didn't dig out the whole house foundation.
According to him, there was no telling where the water was coming from now. He said I said we had to dig out the one wall, and now water could be coming from anywhere else. He could dig again but that would cost more money.
He really did nothing to stand behind his work other than put up his hands and shrug his shoulders after we had given him nearly $2,000 to fix our water problem.
Shortly thereafter, we found another company to do more waterproofing work.
