Doesn't know how to clean a kitchen

Requested molly maid to come in a clean some cupboards in a renovated kitchen. They cleaned 2 bathrooms really well but some how missed the cupboards. When I called to complain I was told the workers who had come insisted they were cleaning the cupboards for an hour.
First of all it wasn't an hour job. The cupboards were brand new just needed wood dust and dirt cleaned out. Upon inspection nothing had been done. If that is clean to them then they are in the wrong line of work
