The turnover in staff seems to be an issue, as I rarely see the same faces two visits in a row. They have broken a pot and not informed me and my floors never seem to get mopped. We have had a few other issues as well. They started strong, but now I find that I don't get the service that we once did. I believe that everyone at Molly Maid means well, but with a constant barrage of new people on the job, how can service be consistent?
