After having another company not show up for an appt the day before my house was to be staged, I called Oliva, and they had John at my place within an hour.
He was friendly, and professional, and walked through the house first to identify any areas that might need extra care. Then he thoroughly went about the cleaning, leaving the house smelling fresh, and the carpets like new.
Highly recommend; John was great. Thank you for squeezing us in at the last minute!
