Marco is fantastic! He's professional, knowledgeable, very thorough and detail-oriented and a people person. He spent 3 hours on the inspection, checked everything, raised all the issues, big or small, risks, taught me on a lot of stuff (this is the first time I buy a sfh), gave me sugguestion on what to do to improve energy efficiency and stablize the basement, etc. He found along with some small issues that there's a crack on the basement with water leak and a crack on the part above hot water tank from where gas leaks to the basement. The sellers were using the basement as a gym and they were not aware there's gas leak in there. Never save money on your home inspection, it's great for your investment and health. No house is too new to be inspected. Small defect overlooked can do serious damage to our home/health.
