Aztec Enclosures

A few years back we purchased a new home with a covered porch! We enjoyed it but the bugs were a problem at night! We decided a screen porch would allow us to enjoy the evenings! We contacted Aztec and had the screens installed! It was a pleasure to deal with Bill and Elaine! They are professional, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful! They answered all our questions and have always been there if something comes up! We enjoyed our porch so much we decided to make it a three season porch! Again Aztec installed the track windows and we can’t say enough about the great service! Now we can leave the furniture in the porch year round! We spend a lot of time in our porch! This year we even enjoyed it through the sunny days in winter! This has been the best investment we could have made! We highly recommend Aztec for their service, the quality of the product and installation! They are always there to assist you even after five years!

We have been so happy with our enclosure I could not imagine being with out it.This is the best investment .Great workmanship great staff always there to help.The best thing about it is that we can leave our patio furniture out all year round we use it right up until Dec.let me tell you trust me you don't know what your missing until you put on a Aztec enclosure.

There are really not enough words to explain my disappointment in this company. Workmanship is horrible. We have had them back 4 times for problems and they are still not fixed. Do yourself a favour and scroll right on over to another company. This one is a pure money grab. Very very disappointing.

We recently had our sunroom enclosed with Sunspace system. The installers actually came before the scheduled date because of an opening and did a fairly good job. Noticed a space that needed caulking and that was completed quickly and without question. We have had an issue with the screening noticing spots that are separating and broken. This may be a manufacturing problem where they are using inferior screening. However, they have come on two occasions to replace screens and now the last one is must be replaced. Has anyone else had this issue? Screens on our home windows do not have this problem. We love the enclosure and hope to resolve this problem.

I loved my three season room which added great space and was very well built. However, the sliding door screens have rollers that keep breaking. They are a very unusual design apparently. We waited several days to have someone come see after four of the rollers broke. Then waited several weeks for one door to be fixed. The other two doors are breaking now too and this is after less than one year.

I am tired of waiting the days and days to have someone come to see, then wait some more while they order parts, then wait some more for them to schedule someone to put the parts in, then wait some more because the door had to be taken to their shop.

Purchased a patio cover from Aztec. Great service very polite and on time. Answered all our questions and took time with us. This had given us a wonderful outdoor space that is great for entertaining from April to November. We now have an outdoor living room!

We had been considering a sunroom for a number of years. We finally got estimates and found Aztec's price to be very competitive. The sales rep was very professional and friendly. He listened to us and answered all of our questions. We got a sunroom that serves our needs for additional living space and an entrance/mud room. We're very happy with our choice.

the company was efficent and always on time . We were extremely pleased .they were always truthful and had highly skilled workers.they did what they had promised and the price was very good.
