I am very happy with the finished product. Firstly, the estimator spent the right amount of time to provide a comprehensive and clearly defined estimate which became the basis of the contract. I also requested one of the owners to review the contract in detail on the premises and a few minor changes were made for greater clarification. The temporary removal of the A/C unit was required and this was sub-contracted out to a specialist in that field. Because of the narrowness of the walkway, the concrete had to be poured manually and the creation of a v-channel (to move the water away from the foundations) had to be done manually as well. I reviewed the end results with a neighbour who is a contractor and they were impressed by the job. On completion of the work, the owner stopped by to ensure that the job was completed to my satisfaction. There were a couple of minor touch-ups which were quickly performed. Also, all debris resulting from the work was promptly removed. In future, I will definitely hire Three Little Pigs Masonry for any similar work! The face-to-face discussions were great!
