Unlimited Post Hole Diggers

Many thanks to Mitch and the boys for a great job. This is the second time I have used Unlimited Post Hole Diggers and I am just as pleased with the results this time as I was last time. Unlike many (most?) of the companies in the GTA, Mitch will give you a firm quote for the job before showing up the day of the dig. None of this silly business about 'estimates' and 'hidden charges. All 12 holes are a full 48" deep and straight down. Good job guys...

I called these guys a week ahead and As instructed booked and confirmed date and time by text.also they gave me a firm price for 10 posts.so the day they were supposed to come I texted 20min ahead of time to confirm they are comming.the guy called me while he was on other jobsite and said he has booked other jobsite and he is there.he asked me how much he quoted and told him our agreement ,he gave me a higher price and said I can make it after 2 hours.and will call you half an hour before I show up.despite price increase I agreed as I was behind schedule.he never notified me and suddenly showed up.holes were not lined up.posts were not level.spacing inaccurate and at the end for 8 post (instead of 10) he asked for $350 and I paid him(3 times price went up.)
I am not happy about their services.

Mitch was in such a rush to get in and out. He used an 8 inch auger we asked for 10 inch and we had to refill and re dig manually each and every hole. He went in on angles and on 2 feet as opposed to the 4 feet we asked. Wouldn't return to correct the job.

Called and had nothing but trouble from beginning. Asked for clearance letters, then asked to have gas come paint the area, but they'd already given clearance. Told me I'd be responsible for any problems. Showed up and was in a rush before he even started. Asked me why I still had a bush in place, even before he marked the area where the post would go. Rude, unprofessional, and complete waste of time. Find someone else.
