Terrible customer service. There has been many complaints about this company from the community. The owner is rude and will not even care to listen to what you are saying. Their "free service call" with annual membership is a joke. You pay every year, but when you do need them, they will let you down and overcharge you. The owner illegally demands cash payments and have no people's skills at all. If you can't treat your customers nice, then please shut down your business to make it a better world for the rest.
