We contacted Regional Paving last summer, spoke to Giovanni gave a detailed estimate. He suggested we do a 1 foot Excavation apply minimum 10 inches of stone, leave it sit for 4 to 6 weeks minimum. And then add more stone as required, Compact with a 3 ton vibratory roller. And pave 3 inches of HL3 For more strength and yes it has more aggregate in the mix as he said but our parking area takes a lot of abuse. And we don’t want any sinking or sagging. Who went through a brutal winter and plenty of rain in the spring as we know in the asphalt has not moved . Excellent communication skills detailed on the estimate the workers are excellent polite and courteous. No foul language. And no job delay. They showed up with $1 million worth of equipment prepared for anything. Job well done I recommend Regional Paving to anyone. Whether it be Parking Lot or driveways.
