M R Construction

i am presently having a major home renovation done which started on the 7 of july. it consists of a new basement and an addition. it has been 5 and a half weeks and i still do not even have a completed basement. people show up to work when they want to and usually for only a few hours a day..and usually only 1 day out of the week i have been told by the company that this is my fault because i did not start the project 2 weeks earlier than was planned in the beginning.this project was suppose to start on july 4 and it started july 7 he did not have any papers ready which was not my fault.i was dealing with this company and planning for this project since the middle of may there was plenty of time for this project to be well organized. this project was only supposse to last 8 to 9 weeks.as i say it will be six weeks on wednesday and i still do not have a completed basement
