Called and they came the next day. Didn't push for extra work. In fact, the serviceman gave me all of the information to do the job myself. Inspected the basement of the house where the problem came to light (mice). Then inspected the entire outside to show areas of possible ingress. Throughout the time, he carefully explained the habits both in-house as well as surrounding the house and made several recommendations to clean leaves, remove branches overhanging the roof,etc.
Overall, very impressive service that I would recommend to anyone.
