Our refrigerator was not dispensing water properly. The repairman said he did not know what the problem was. It could be the switch, the water container which was leaking or probably the line was frozen. He suggested I defrost the refrigerator for 24hrs. His service charge was about $107 with taxes which I felt was exorbitant since he did not correctly diagnose the problem. I felt he wasn't interested in diagnosing the problem but only wanted to collect the service charge. I was very disappointed and would never recommend this company. He also had an apprentice with him who was not learning good business practices.
