Kilroy Professional Window Cleaning

We have engaged Kilroy to clean the interior and exterior windows of our 2 story home for about 5 years. They have always done a good job, on time and on budget. We recommend them highly.

I hired them to clean the interior windows of my condo to coincide with the outside window cleaning that the condo board does every two years. I was given a firm arrival time so I stayed home and waited to let them in. When no one arrived an hour after my appointment time, I called the office and they told me they would be there any minute. No one ever showed up. I had to dispute the charge on my credit card because they charged me and did NO work whatsoever. Would NOT recommend to anyone. I did not even get an apology for charging me for work that was not done.

Poor service. Missed one window completely, and didn't try very hard to clean two small bathroom exterior windows. They said because the windows hadn't been cleaned for a while they couldn't get all of the built up dirt off. I've never had an issue where the windows couldn't be cleaned properly.
I needed to go around many of my windows again to get streaks off. Very disappointed.

I hired Kilroy to clean my windows inside and outside. They arrived when they said they would and did a great job. They also cleaned the sills and didn't leave any water smudges or dirt on the ledges. I was more than satisfied with their work.
