We used Home Inspectors to inspect a new townhome and to help us prepare our 30-Day Tarion list. He identified a number of issues we could not have identified ourselves. All issues were noted in a well organized binder, and a series of photos were provided to document the overall state of the home.
Home Inspectors were punctual, professional, very knowledgeable, and thorough in the inspection. Everything was explained everything to us in plain language.
Home Inspectors also provided guidance for issues to watch for at various stages during the construction of the home. He promptly responded to all our emailed questions, and provided helpful information.
We intend to call on his services again as we prepare for our year-end Tarion submission. Very happy with the service received.
