Called Appliance Surgeons and they were there the next evening at no extra charge. Tony the service Tech. replaced the igniter ( which he had on his truck) that was improperly installed by a previous, well known company about 6 years ago, and even found a bad solder joint which he fixed before it gave problems. As a retired automotive tech, I know what these trades are like. He was very professional and friendly, and knew his job. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR, and this was worth every penny. $380. instead of a $3 or $ 4 thousand dollar stove. This company will be my first call next time I have appliance problems.
