From the minute we dealt with the staff and Kaitlin Group we knew we weren’t in for the worst ride of our lifes. After purchasing our home we’ve had nothing but problems and their customer service is the sloppiest I’ve ever seen in my whole entire history of being in business. Beyond 0 would not recommend to anyone, even my worst enemy.

Do NOT buy a home from this builder. You will have nothing but grief. Substandard, sub quality, poor customer service. Do yourself a favour, run don’t walk from them. Find another builder

The service we received when purchasing a new home from Kaitlin Group was fantastic, but after we purchased, the service was horrible. We had a number of problems wrong with our new home, and the contractors that were sent over to repair were very sloppy and in most cases made the problem even worse. We had to then get someone else in to fix what the contractor had done. So, in one sense - we had a good experience when purchasing the home, but a horrible experience once we were in the house. After 3 years, most of the problems have been resolved, but only because we have had to persistently complain to them.

Construction was terrible. So many problems. They'd frame the house crooked. Each contractor would come in and do their piece but no one was looking after the house as a whole. Then at the end there are all sorts of problems they say they can't fix because it comes down to crooked walls and such. Closing was delayed multiple times. Had to fight to get things fixed and done. Worst company I have ever dealt with.
