Stronghold Exteriors Ltd No Longer In Business

Stronghold replaced our roof and gutters,then leaking came.tried to call them many times,left a message but no replies.i'm very frustrated with the lousy job done and the no care/reply attitude after the work was done.

Against the urging of my insurance company, I used Stronghold instead of my insurance company's preferred roofer.

The 2012 job was mediocre and Stronghold's rep signed assured me the roofing was fine. In 2014, I see shingles peeling (from poor installation), but have no recourse against Stronghold because they don't exist.

Lesson learned.

Although they finished the job in a reasonable amount of time and came back to fix parts of the job not done properly, when I tried to reach them a year later due to some leaking, they never returned my calls or reply to my emails. Not what you would expect from a company providing 5 years warranty. Not impressed.

Stronghold replaced the roof of my house. It took an inordinately long time for them to schedule the job. Several times they had to come back to fix shingles that weren't properly secured. A couple of months later the roof leaked into my bedroom and destroyed the ceiling fan. On the plus side they were responsive about follow up even after they had been paid for the job.

Great job on the roof, it didn't take long for them to come and do a quote once we had contacted them, however because it was an insurance claim it took a while for the project to get started. Once started it didn't take them long and them did a great job.

My roof was in need of replacement and I had seen signs in my neighborhood for Stronghold, I called for an estimate and they came over, they were really professional and explained exactly what they were going to do and the costs associated.
They completed the job in one day and cleaned up everything in my yard, it was spotless.

very happy with the estimators, they wee very professional, we liked how they reviewed all the damages caused by hail with us and why we needed a new roof... they spent the time doing a great inspection, they took pictures for proof as well. Many other companies we had over were very quick and left without speaking with us and letting us know what they thought. For this reason we hired Strong Hold.

Hail storm last summer made my roof curl up. These guys helped with the insurance claim and never asked for any money up front. Great job on the shingles and when they were done they cleaned the yard better than I ever had. Couldn't ask for better service.
