Large home window installation done perfectly!
We had our windows replaced just this past month by Omega. I have nothing but good things to say about the company. The salesperson, James, was super knowledgeable, friendly and professional. He managed the project all along the way keeping us informed. He would even stop by daily while the installation was happening to make sure we were happy with the progress. Thank you James!
The installation was done by Steve and Gene. They were also fantastic. Steve did a thorough job with the measurements, and was amazing figuring out how to install some very tricky windows. We have a custom framed wall in one of the rooms, and Steve was able to do a complete window install without disturbing the framing. We also have california shutters throughout the house and Steve took them down and reinstalled them perfectly afterward.
The project took about 4 days to complete, which was expected given it was a sizeable job. Everything went off without a hitch. We obtained a number of quotes beforehand, but Omega/James had the best price/quality/knowlege combination. We are very happy we went with Omega and highly recommend them.
