The windows were installed very quickly and the fellows did a great job. Unfortunately there was a minor flaw with the biggest window but the company was good to come out and inspect it to get the ball rolling on replacement. No hassles with any of that so it was good.

The only hiccup to the deal was that the company changed the paperwork that I had sent them to bump the price a tiny little bit in order for us to qualify for better financing rate after we had decided not to do that as the interest rate would not be needed.

I was contacted by representative of the company recently who was unaware that we were still a little put off by the paperwork issue He was extremely friendly and explained in detail that it was a miscommunication issue and it was done in our best interest.

I was extremely happy with the follow up and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company for any jobs. My husband and I are already planning to bring them back in at some point this year to finish the rest of the windows in the house.

The only hiccup to the deal was that the company changed the paperwork that I had sent them to bump the price a tiny little bit in order for us to qualify for better financing rate at the end of the 6 month deferral term. I left the price on the paperwork as the actual cost of the job and not change the price to reflect the slight increase as they suggested in an email because we didn't need the better financing rate. Why would we want to pay anything above the actual job total?? All they should have done was contact me before changing the price and it would have been a none issue.
