Hi A great team starts with a great leader. Mike the owner is a fine person whom I met once. His associates is a leader and also a talented person with many gifts. I told him once "Chris you need to get a business as you are smarter than me." I know his guys and the receptionist is polite and professional. I wish I could say the same for some people whom I will not name. The contractor is recognized by many clients and he has a good idea about both quality and what he does as do all Mikes guys. I appreciate his ideas and what he does. Have a great day!!. A talented person is what Chris is. JP

Hi I am writing a review. His team is great although I know only one well so I can only comment on him. What I say is the truth but I am being honest. He put in my AC and it was good. I offered and gave him what he charged. His employees are astute workers and by far the best. I know little of the owner Mike but I can only say good things of him. I cannot speak of anyone else since I have known them very little. A Great team starts with a leader and motivator like I am and like the contractor.

A complete renovation of our 95-year-old home was planned with our contractor, Mike Tafts of G. Pederson & Associates. Mike and his highly skilled crew were a joy to work with. They were respectful, courteous, committed to quality craftsmanship, and considerate of the owner and neighbours. Although Mike had a reliable and dedicated site supervisor Rob Baldi, Mike was intricately involved in all aspects of the project. He was responsive to emails and we could readily make appointments to meet him on site. Unlike many contractors, Mike and his crew came through with flying colours and met our target timeline. They were fair, honest and transparent with all billings. Mike is a man of integrity who takes great pride in quality workmanship. Thanks to Mike and his dedicated crew, he has transformed our 95-year-old house into an open-concept dream home.

I've been meaning to write a glowing review for ages. Mike Tafts from G Pederson & Associates helped to coordinate the complete renovation of a full bath and powder room. The entire process went smoothly and we were satisfied with the communication, actual timeline, everyone's professionalism and the final results. We are thrilled with the work of every trade (from plumbing, drywalling, tile, painting, electric, etc.); exceptional, professional results with attention to the smallest details. Would not hesitate to recommend; would definitely hire again for future renovations.

Principle contractor, Mike Tafts, got the job done on time and on budget. Exceptional Trades people working with him. Very good with communications, ie pros and cons of each decision, implications arising, etc

Michael showed up each morning with a group of exceptional tradesmen. All of the tradesmen were top of their trade and up to date on all the latest trends. The work was done quickly and effortlessly on my part. Mike controlled the whole team and finished on time. He and his skilled team made some wonderful recommendations along the way and he was honest about costs from the beginning. He was very much concerned about making sure that we were happy with how everything was done and guaranteed all of his work. I don't think they are the least expensive Company but we felt that we got what we paid for in a top notch contracting Company. We were trilled with the results....our house looks gorgeous right down to the final details!!!
