During the worst heat wave of the summer, they sent one their techs to resolve our geothermal water furnace issue. 2 other companies had attempted to do so without success. Sylvain, their tech diagnosed and corrected the problem within 20 mins. Outstanding work. We're going to give them the service contract.

They will happily sell you a piece of equipment. They will even install it for you. They will not come and service the equipment nor are they willing to service equipment that already exists in the home. Why should we have to have two separate repair technicians come to our home. I t costs twice as much and it puts my family more at risk of exposure to Covid. This is a non responsive organization. Once they have your money that is the end of the good service. Even Costco would do a better job than these guys do. Buy elsewhere.

Terrible service following the work done. Booked appointments days ahead and at the last very last minute cancellation to be given a new appointment 2 weeks later i do not recommend this company. It has a terrible service. Once the work is done you cannot count on them ti fix it
