Each of trades employed worked to the highest standard of quality. It was a pleasure to work with everyone. Our renovation was completed on time and budget. Jurek with his amazing crew and sub-trades executed a high quality addition and renovation of our house in record time. We were expecting a baby so our timeline was tighter than typical but Jurek coordinated over two dozen trades without compromise to quality. He stands by his work and will ensure deficiencies are addressed properly. He also handled extras as issues arose without nickel and dimeing us. Despite having several other larger jobs on the go Jurek was always accessible and was regularly at the site.

We are extremely thankful that we selected Rusand Homes Renovation for the job. Jurek is true to his craft and commands respect from his crew and sub-trades and demands perfection and timeliness. The job was done within the scheduled time frame and most importantly stayed within budget for a very high quality workmanship. I can't say this enough but thank you and to your all your crew members and subtrades for coming into our lives and making our home a beautiful place to live in. Jurek is a nice guy, very knowledgeable, but beware that he has a tendancy to forget about clients. He's very busy and sometimes might prioritize his time elsewhere...very frustrating.
I think he may be a good guy to go for if you have a big project (an addition) and you are able to pin him down on timing.

Beautiful work, exceptional professionalism & ongoing service. I hired Rusand for a kitchen addition (including basement room below)and to finish the basement and do other renovations to the existing house. During the main part of the excavation and building work Jurek, met with me every morning before I went to work to discuss what had been done, the next steps and any decisions he required from me. He was very consultative and gave good advice when asked for his views about choices. He and his tradesmen also took care to work around me and keep living spaces open for me, as I did not move out during the project. Toward the end of the project it was more difficult to get Jurek's attention to finishing up the details, but I had been warned of that by some other customers of his and was prepared to be patient, as he is very busy and worth waiting for. He and his tradesmen have made themselves available to fix the little things that develop after new construction settles, and have also come to my rescue (at no charge) for an emergency that may or may not have been related to work they had done. I plan to do another project with Rusand next year.
