Incompetent but will charge you for a visit anyways.
The maintenance did not know what they're doing on diagnosing furnace heater. They did a quick service which requires no expertise, like change the filter or clean the flame sensor, then charge really high and call it a day. I was informed that Vigor Mechanical is highly reputable and was recommended. I figured they would find out what’s wrong with our furnace heater, because they were called for the same issue three times within the six months period but found nothing. I am not satisfy with their work and will not recommend to anyone. I understand that during this season, they’re really busy, but I was advice from them; if I’m not happy with their service, call someone else. Thank you for your advice.

Thank you for your review however I have no record of this service. The only time we would have return visits is if the unit is working when we arrive and no error codes are present and we would then run through common problems like no air flow and high limit issues not wanting to charge extra labor if the unit is working.
