We have utilized Jim and his crew for 6 different projects; all were completed in a professional and caring manner. If there was an issue that was not apparent, it as handled with a fair and professional discussion and a satisfactory comprise.

Jim Baird's crew designed our Master bathroom and created a walk-in closet to our exact specifications. They did a great job - including smoothing out a popcorn ceiling, laying luxury vinyl plank flooring in our bedroom and giving us an awesome Master bath. Jim is a great communicator and fixed all problems large and small. We highly recommend First Place Renovations from concept to design to completion!

First Place removed non-load bearing walls, replaced a load-bearing wall with a laminated beam, removed existing ceramic tile and sub-floor and installed, taped and prepped new drywall. We were very happy with the work, Jim Baird and his people are great and very knowledgeable. They kept the mess to a minimum and were responsive to changes as the work progressed. Would definitely use them again.
