This company did my roof and my neighbours' roof

This company did my roof and my neighbour's roof. These are two semi-detached house. The roof is leaking and damaging the finish and ceiling. They came and added sealant rather than fixing the problem essentially. They don't even reply my call and do not honor their warranty.
