Sundry Electrical Upgrade to a Cottage

I asked that they do various jobs to upgrade an old cottage. Quality of work was fine. They charged a fortune. When I followed up just to get more information about the billing before paying, the person was aggressive and angry. Belligerent. Life is to short to deal with people like this.
