New furnace and AC installation
Had a quote done by Scotty the manager. Had to keep trying to get a hold of him for the quote. Gave him the benefit of the doubt even though the customer service was bad right from the start. Booked a date for the install and took a vacation day from work. Two apprentices should up for the job. I already noticed inconsistencies. I was told that the install would take a second day to finish. Saw one of the technicians in the morning and he never came back even though the job was incomplete. When I checked the furnace it was leaking condensate at several locations in the furnace housing. The apprentice also neglected to install the inline filter into the refrigeration line. I now have a home with a incomplete job and improperly installed equipment. I had booked a second install at a family members house but will be cancelling asap
