An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
We just moved in out new house. We had a home inspection and all, and everything seemed fine. Then I noticed some marks on the ceiling. We made some calls and Smart Plumbing was the first one to give us a free estimate and a really good price. Mike was the best. He knew immediately what cause the leak. He removed something on the bathtub drain and replaced it. He didn’t even break the ceiling. Having to renovate really scared me, because other companies told me they will have to break the ceiling first; and they didn’t have a free estimate.
