Smart Plumbing No Longer In Business

This is the third time I have used Mike at Smart Plumbing. He is extremely knowledgeable, reliable, efficient, prompt, polite, pleasant and respects the tenants' privacy. The banging noise from the pipes was so loud that tenants could not sleep. Following a thorough inspection of all the plumbing on the property, he quickly discovered the source of the problem and replaced one of the faucets in a bathroom. He also noticed that a toilet was constantly running and replaced the flap which will save me a lot of money on my water bill. Problem solved! The price included the hardware. I highly recommend Mike for any plumbing job!
