Snow Removal review in

DO NOT HIRE this contractor. From all the snow we had this year, they have only been on our property twice. The first time, I had to show them my receipt (from the e-mail confirmation they send me) that I had paid.
The next snow fall, they were late - very late. This is after I texted them that I will take them to Small Claims Court and use social media and tell them about their lack of service. Since then, they have been non-communicative. The snow fall we just had Mar 5, no show as seen below. So disappointed with this company - why would you not honour your contract and perform the work
