Save-On Mechanical Services

This plumbing company entered my house ( via a condo board) without my knowledge or permission, when I asked for paperwork regarding what they did in my house and they would not send it to me. They took my property ( the old cartridge ) with them . I told them since my condo board is billing me then I should know what was happening in my home. They hung up the phone on me and screamed at me over the phone. I was pretty irate as well . I am the one paying for this service . They told me my condo building is paying for it, but who do they think the condo board is billing ?? Also my shower still doesn't work and have thousands of dollars of a bill to pay for .
