Level One Construction

I had an idea of what I wanted, but had no real idea of how to get it accomplished. I let Randy’s judgement and expertise assist me, and I am delighted with the results.

Just for your amusement, a friend in the building has had a handyman working on his place for over 9 months now. When I was able to compare the work your men did on things like the flooring and the crown molding, the difference is like night and day. It really made me realize that I did the right thing with going with Level One. I think they have installed the crown molding upside down. It looks a mess.

I only wish I had more funds to continue with other areas of the condo. I am certain that Randy and his crew would not disappoint!
I would be happy to refer Level One to my friends and family. In fact, my best friend and neighbour is going to contact Level One for some painting of a difficult ceiling.

I hope to have Level 1 back when I have more finances. I have other areas of my condo which need upgrading and renovating.

They were quick to respond to my questions, came to meet me on time. When they came to view the place they pointed out some things about the condo (like possible rotten joists in the whole building) that I wouldn't have known before. Thank you!

from thew intial consulation to the budget, decision making process and execution they displayed their professionalism and skills. Knowing where to scrimp and where to spend a bit extra was extremely helpful. The results speak for themselves and their handling of working within a strata tower was exemplary keeping everyone of my new neighbours happy too.
