Abbott Roofing

We were finally able to have our roof redone as it was in horrible shape. A friend had recommended Abbott Roofing. We did contact other roofing companies but Abbott Roofing stood out from the rest chiefly due to the owner's (Jay Abbott) conduct. He was a little higher priced than the other roofer's but he was honest and appeared at first consultation to give quality work. We just had a good feeling about him so we signed the contract.
Jay and his crew arrived each day (4 in total) on time or earlier, kept the work area clean and organized and stayed focus on the task at hand. Once the layers of old shingles had been removed, the true shape of the roof was discovered along with a couple of other small but very heavy in weight surprises. However, Jay brought it to our attention immediately and explained what the best course of action was and dealt with it right away.
Jay and his crew were all very professional and efficient. Jay wouldn't accept any payment until the job was done in full and to our satisfaction, not that we were difficult to please. In the end we were beyond satisfied with our new roof. We've even had others comment on the quality of the work.
I would recommend this company to anyone who requires roof work because Jay Abbott is very dedicated to his customers and his work. Honest work for honest pay. I couldn't have asked for anything more and hubby and I are very delighted with our new roof which is now a year old.
