Left without heat in Dec for a week .10 months later they are still fixing problems with the original install
Equipment that was paid for was not installed and I was offered to have it installed as compensation for being left without heat. They have been back at least once a month since trying to fix problems with the original install. They also caused a flood in my basement because AC and furnece drain was not properly hooked up
