Air conditioning not fixed and no diagnostic provided

I had a technician visit to diagnose my non-functional air conditioning.
The technician identified that my unit needed cleaning and did clean the unit and then left. However after several hours there was no effect on the temperature therefore it appears the issue was misdiagnosed.
I have contacted the company but they were at first unresponsive and then on being contacted several times have indicated that they will not assist me.
