Terrible service. I had 2 air conditioners installed (not the same model number, one more high tech). Later found out they did not register the units with Johnson Controls. When I questioned this, Dario said to keep an eye on my emails. Followed up many times but nothing came.
I think they may not register the product because they like to deal in cash, and by registering, the CRA will know they are not claiming the income.
I had an issue/question with one of the units and sent a video to Dario asking if this is the way the high tech unit should work (fan does not always spin when unit is operating, unlike the other unit where the fan spins the entire time the unit is running). He had excuse after excuse why he didn't respond. I suggested he contact his rep at Johnson Controls if he doesn't know the answer. After many follow ups, still no answer. They are quick to take the money, but after that they are unreachable. DEFINITELY WOULD NOT USE THEM.
